These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Go Rogue Southsea website (https://www.goroguesouthsea.co.uk) and any bookings, purchases, or services you make through us. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Go Rogue Southsea is a hospitality and events venue located in Southsea, UK. All references to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Go Rogue Southsea.

2. Website Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or purchase through our website.

  • You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair our services.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content without notice.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via our online system powered by Amelia.

  • To confirm a booking, you may be required to pay in full or provide a deposit via our payment provider Stripe.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all details provided at the time of booking are correct.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend bookings at our discretion.

4. Payments

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe in accordance with their terms and privacy policy: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

  • We do not store your full payment card details.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer cancellations: You have the ability to move your booking, providing this is at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds can be made for full payment bookings.

  • Venue cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.

6. Event Attendance & Venue Rules

  • You may be required to present valid photo ID on entry.

  • We operate a Challenge 25 policy for alcohol service.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, or behaving inappropriately.

  • No outside food or drink is permitted unless agreed in advance.

  • For certain events, security searches may be conducted.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal property while at our venue.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Go Rogue Southsea and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date.
